10 months

I can't believe my little Spencer is already 10 months old.  About a month ago we went in for his 9 month appointment.  I couldn't believe how big he is.  At 9 months he weighed 20.11 lbs (41st percentile) and was 30.31 in. long (96th percentile).  I'm pretty sure that one day he will be bigger than Preston, and it could be soon.

Other 10 month stats and fun facts:
- He can say mama!!  When he was close to being 9 months old he started saying the M sound a lot. I was so excited that mama was his first word, especially since Preston's was dada. 
- He can get in and out of sitting position really well.
- He is now a crawler and he is so fast.  Just before Christmas he started to scoot.  Then he saw his cousin, who is about a month younger than him, crawling around and it's like it just clicked.  He loves his new found movement.
- He can clap his hands!  He started clapping his hands when he was around 8.5 months old and it is one of the cutest things that he can do.  Sometimes we will see him do it randomly, but if we start clapping our hands he will join in.
- He has 8 teeth and he is still a big drooler.
- He still loves to eat.  Sometimes I feel like he just can't get enough food.

Christmas 2012

Getting ready to see the Christmas lights at Temple Square - we didn't get any pictures.  We didn't stay long at all because it was so so cold and both boys were really tired.

I made sugar cookies and pretzel rods to give away this year.  I really like how the pretzel rods turned out and I might make them every year.
